Terms and Conditions:
 
  1. All flowers are wrapped in tissue paper and despatched in a postal box, with a hand-written greeting card and flower care instructions. (vases and decorations used in any of our literature are not included).
  2. All deliveries are by First Class Post and are despatched two working days prior to required delivery date. (Please see below for exceptions to this policy). Special Delivery can only be requested for orders despatched from Monday to Thursday.
  3. Orders received before 2.00 pm can be despatched the same day (subject to stock availability). Requests for Special Delivery must be received by 12.30 pm on the required despatch date.
  4. We cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of flowers should the recipient be unable to accept delivery at the address given or an incorrect address was quoted at time of order.
  5. Flowers are despatched Monday to Thursday - there are no Sunday or Bank Holiday deliveries. Flowers requested for delivery on a Monday will be despatched on the previous Thursday. Flowers requested for delivery on a Tuesday will be despatched on Monday, the day before. Flowers requested for delivery on a Saturday will be despatched on the previous Thursday.
  6. Flowers requested for delivery around a Bank Holiday will normally be despatched a day earlier to ensure the flowers arrive on time.
  7. As standard First Class Post is used for despatch, we cannot guarantee a precise date or time of arrival.
  8. Flowers for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter and Christmas will be despatched so they arrive with the recipient during the week leading up to the day.
  9. In the event that your chosen selection is not available, we will send an alternative selection of equal quality and value.
  10. Promotional literature will be sent to all Senders and Recipients on our records, from time to time. If this is not acceptable to you, please let us know.
  11. All payments are debited from your credit/debit card on the date of despatch. Orders will not be despatched if the payment request is unauthorised or incorrect card details are quoted at time of order. In the event that any payment is rejected after despatch date, we reserve the right to contact you for an alternative means of payment.
  12. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or the service provided, please tell us. If you are entirely satisfied, please tell others!
