If you are ordering by telephone, facsimile or mail, we need the following details:

1. Your name, address, post-code and telephone number
2. The recipient’s name, address and post-code
3. Your message to the recipient
4. Date you require delivery (see terms and conditions)
5. Your credit/debit card details, including card number, start and expiry date and issue number, if applicable.

If you are sending your order through the post, please enclose a cheque for the correct amount made payable to ‘Nursery Fresh’.

If you are paying by cheque please allow an extra 5 working days for the cheque to clear.
